The Uras vibrator, which uses centrifugal force to create motion, was developed in 1959 as part of Uras research into developing a high-performance device that would generate vibration without harming machinery.
From that time up to the present, 800,000 units have been used, and they are acclaimed in various fields of industry throughout the world for their exceptional reliability.
- Standard Vibrators
- These motor-driven, high-performance Uras vibrators are highly acclaimed. They offer a strong and stable vibration for a wide range of industries and applications, including hoppers, chutes, feeders, conveyors and screens.
- Vibrators with Stainless Steel
Covers - Like standard Uras vibrators, these offer vibration-resistant construction, a long service life and easy maintenance. The weight cover and terminal box cover are made of stainless steel, which provides superior corrosion resistance.
- Safety-enhanced Explosion-
proof Vibrators - These Uras vibrators can be used in locations subject to ignition explosion hazards (class 2 locations: locations where explosive atmospheres may be generated in unusual cases). Accidents can be prevented by useing in combination with a protective control panel.
- Vertical Vibrators
- These generate three-dimensional motion through the combination of two kinds of motion: horizontal rotary motion with the upper weight, and perpendicular up/down motion with the bottom weight. They offer an original vibration resistant construction, long service life, and simple maintenance.
- High-frequency Vibrators
- This is a high-frequency vibration generator that can achieve a maximum vibration frequency of 180 Hz.
- Single-phase Vibrators
- These vibrators use capacitors, and are for exclusive use with single-phase power supplies.
- Knockers
- These are electromagnetic impactors that generate a strong impact force by using an electromagnet and a spring. Their unique design prevents clogging by subjecting powder that sticks to hoppers, tanks or chutes to a solid impact that clears it off.
